Hotel is very Big, many facilities and entertainment. About the restaurants, all of them are really good, typically food was amazing and the snacks also ok. buffets are very clean and the food is really casual but as good as Mexican kind of. our room in building No. 1 was excellent, very clean and good view, nothing to say about room facilities, as expected. beach clubes are really good. swimming pools clean. Shows and disco are good thing for nights. bartenders are nice. Very fastest check out, good.

Grand oasis is a party resort which was perfect for my bachelorette! They have an adults only beach club with great music and pools, and fun activities! I really loved that this resort has an app that you can see all the activities scheduled for each day, and the different bars/clubs you can check out. The beach is nice, had some seaweed but it wasnt too bad. They have a variety of food options and the pools were pretty clean. The check in and check out was smooth. The luggage service was great!

Amazing pool, fantastic atmosphere and energy with great night time entertainment. The food was good, particularly the poolside snacks. All the staff were very friendly and we were checked in and out very efficiently. Overall we were blown away with how great Grand Oasis was, it exceeded our expectations completely.

Staff is extrmely friendly. The food was good, bartenders very, very fast and followed any specifics on your drinks. Activities along the days are very good both for family and friends. I've been on 4 all inclusive hotels in cancun (including Hilton and Hardrock) and this one was much better in every aspect.
